Main operation: The charity founded created and operate a shelter for rescued stray cats in danger or in need of medical care. Preparations started in June and Oct 9th it officially opened. I had initially set a maximum capacity of 50 cats but was well aware that it would exceed this maximum. It exceeded the maximum in the first month and has hovered around 60-70 cats ever since. In 7 months of operations it has taken in 160 stray cats. The charity adopts out these rescued stray cats whenever possible. Additional operations: The charity engages and promotes Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) of stray cats whenever possible. The charity occasionally assists with medical expenses of stray cats in severe need of treatment. The location is in Kaohsiung Taiwan.
